Hi Shannon

We went to Bible College together.  The last time I saw you was just before you left for your internship.  From the looks of you website God has really taken you far since our days at EPBC.  It’s amazing to see you moving in the gifts that He has given you.  God bless you, Shannon.  (Deut. 31:8  “And the LORD, He it is that doth go before thee; He will be with thee, He will not fail thee, neither forsake thee:  fear not, neither be dismayed.” KJV)            Kevin B.

Hi Shannon,

I met you at the Picton Ladies Retreat and I just wanted to tell you what a blessing your music was to me there and here at home as I listen to your Aspiring Butterfly CD.  Truly you are gifted of God and I want to thank you for sharing your wonderful gift.  Your songs and testimony were the things that most spoke to my heart during the convention.  My heart needed to hear what you shared.  I hope someday our paths will cross again.  May God bless you richly.  Your sister in Christ, Donna B.

I just wanted to say Hi.  … I met you at the benefit at the World Vision center in Mississauga earlier this year.  I have really enjoyed the “Steadfast” CD that I bought that night, and it has been a blessing to me.

I wish you all the best that God has for you, Shannon.  Keep up the wonderful ministry in song, and that beautiful smile!           - Your Brother in Christ, Harry P.

Hi Shannon,

As I have said all along, if there is one real blessing that comes out of these rides I do [ie. Bikes For Bibles, Canadian Bible Society], it is the great friendships that are formed for life.  A man is known by the friends he keeps and I am a better man for having known you, Sandy, Warren and people like that who enrich others.

I listened to the clips of your music that are on your site and your voice is great to hear again.    I love the site you have made too, so professional, eye catching and well done.  Maybe one day, Lord willing, … you could check out Australia.  We certainly need talent like you out here.

Thank you for the beautiful sister you are in The Lord and may He bless you always.  – Kevin.

Blessings to you Shannon from Bonnie at NEW HOPE CHRISTIAN CENTRE.   You are an inspiration to so many people as God has gifted you with your personal testimony and how God has brought you through over the years in your life.  Glory be to God who has given you a wonderful supportive mother and father who love Jesus and have been there for you!!  Of course not to mention all so many other who have come alongside them for you.

Looking forward to seeing you and hearing you at the Women’s Retreat in Oct. 20-22.06 in BLOOMFIELD, ON.  Pastor’s Karl and Margaret share that you and their Sheri will working alongside yourself.  Praise to His glorious name.  Shannon, when I received the brochure of this upcoming event, it did not dawn on me that it is you that is coming.  Looking forward to so much worship with you and Sheri.  It’s going to be a great time in ministry and the Word with Charmine Cumberbatch.

Have a good week!  Until then, Lord willing, Sis. Bonnie Anderson.  Lol xxxxxxxooooo

Dear Shannon, how are you?  I’m glad that you remember us from your visit in the Sundridge Gospel Mission.  Our time in Canada was very blessed and very good.  I’m glad that I could see God’s great and wonderful creation in your country.

A special highlight of our stay in Canada was to be able to listen to your songs and to meet you afterwards.  You have got a beautiful voice.  Back at home in Germany, it is very encouraging to listen to your songs again.  We enjoyed also to meet Canadian Christians, and to realize, we are a worldwide family.  I myself belong now more than 18 years to the Lord.

Thank you very much.  God bless you.  I’m praying for you.  Your sister in Lord.  Anja Schulze.

Saturday, August 19, 2006

Dear Shannon, so I hope you are fine.  I think you do remember the Sundridge Gospel Church, where you have been in July.  There we met after the service and talked about Marienheide, Germany.  I told you about our ministry at Zebulon Shelter International in Marienheide.

So I’m still very happy that I could listen to your songs and I’m going forward in following our Lord Jesus Christ.  Yes, Canada is great and I enjoyed to be there very much.  But the best thing was to meet other believers in Christ.

I want to encourage you that even sometimes things which are looking worse in our eyes can be used to our best in the hand of the Lord, if we trust in Him and be honest in front of our Saviour.  I made this experience very often and can tell you that the Lord Jesus will lead it to a good end with us when we are following Him faithfully.

I wish to you the Lords blessing with one of my favourite verses from Psalm 18:19.  Many greetings also from Anja.  Hope hear from you…           Angelika Weber.

I still visit your website regularly from down here in New Brunswick and I wanted to say thank you because you and your music and the memories of your parents and grandmother has put a smile on my face all the time.  Just so you know that I have passed on your website to several people that I have had the pleasure to meet down here that the Lord has blessed me with and that I can call friends in Christ.

God bless you and your family.  Continue with your talents and your inspirations.        Rita Bilton.

Just wanted to send a note to you about your new CD (“ReJoice!”).  Whenever I am doing work on the laptop, such as getting a hymn sing organized or putting things in order for our Sunday AM service, I always play music in the background.  I have a few that are just instrumental and they are not distracting, but comforting, while I try to concentrate on whatever I am doing.  Well, I found a new favourite background CD to play while I work and it is called “ReJoice!”  Thank you for following God’s call to make that CD.    God bless, Dave G.

Hear you on the radio.  Good stuff!  God bless, Dave S.

Good Day, B. Shannon Ross.

Your web site looks good, … [and] what I heard sounded great.  I am sure to see you perform at 7:00pm, after the Gospel Fellowship Café, Sunday evening [at the Salvation Army Citadel in North Bay, Ont.].   I also have a heart for the poor.  823,856 people had to use a food bank in the month of March 2005, plus those not registered with the Canadian Association of Food Banks.  It’s kind of hard not to have a heart these days.  Blessings raising items for the food bank.    God bless, Dave S.
